Brunilda Liçaj – Leisure, Working and Living

Brunilda Liçaj is currently a lecturer in Tourism Department, Faculty of Business at A.Moisiu University of Durres, Albania. Completed a PhD Thesis “Management of cruiser tourism in urban heritage centres: Case Durres” in the field of Marketing and Maritime Tourism.

Member of Advisory Committee to Private Sector of Tourism, Albanian Ministry of Economy and Tourism in Tirana, Albania. Hotel Evaluator in Quality Excellence and Responsible  Tourism. She has a professional experience of nearly 20 years in tourism industry. During this time, she has contributed to the development of strategic policies for tourism development, legal framework, and has participated in several projects in collaboration with national and international partners such as the World Tourism Organization, UNDP, GIZ, EU, ERBD, USAID etc.Expert consultant for SMEs in a variety of fields in tourism and marketing in over 20 national and international projects.

Brunilda  is author of several articles published in national and international journals, as well as several presentations at international and national conferences and forums. Mrs. Licaj researches  are focused in Tourism, Marketing and Horeca and the specific researches are  focused in the Maritime.
